Worker salaries on these special projects jumped from an average of $15 per hour to $24 per hour, yet the companys bottom course of action continued to improve. Workers in the plant began competing to get on special projects.With the increase competition, Sandy noticed that the workers were starting to cut corners. We all must make ethical decisions, and some decisions are more than harder to decide then others because of what is at stake.
